Hog roasts are a fantastic choice for any event whether it’s as simple as pork in a bun with our homemade apple sauce for an evening function or as the main event in a wedding breakfast, birthday party or summer ball with the addition of canapés, starters, salads & desserts. As with any of our menus we will bespoke to your tastes. We are very particular about the origins of our ingredients so our pork can only come from Swallowfields Farm in the New Forest and is “Forest Marque”
Our Hog in a bun service includes:

  • Succulent “Forest Marque” Hog with the most amazing crackling, cooked on site
  • Homemade Bramley apple sauce
  • Skilled chef to carve and serve
  • Soft rolls
  • Disposable napkins
  • Gazebo to cover the hog roast machine (if weather requires)
  • All waste removed from site
